Mixed bag of barbers. Hector spent a great amount of time and put a lot of care into buzzing my sides and ensuring every inch of hair is gone, but cut too much off the top. I told Sandra (I think that was her name) to do a skin fade but she did a high fade with little variation along the sides (almost looked just like one size across the sides). I didn’t have to wait which was a plus, but there payment machines don’t feature an “other” option for tip and force you to give $5 as a minimum, and they watch you as you give a tip which I believe is a little rude. Otherwise the staff is nice but could do a better job asking people follow up questions if they believe they didn’t give clear instructions.

My boyfriend goes to get his haircut here and that is great. Usually a wonderful and great experience for him. I went there to get layers done, and normally I would go to someone else but I wanted to try it. ai wanted haircut and a eyebrow wax and I had a terrible experience. I got there like a hour and a half before they closed, and one lady seemed welcoming and she welcomed quite a bit of people close to closing . The hair dresser when she got me in about 40 minutes before they closed wanted to know the time to make sure she could get me done in that period of time when I patiently waited my turn to get in the chair. I showed her the picture I wanted with layers, she cut my hair to layer it, but that was it. She didn’t have me coming out of there looking like the style I wanted in the picture…said that when I go home and I use the round brush I will get that look….it’s layered but not the way I wanted it. Usually when you get hair done; you get it done tne way you wanted it and leave so it looks the same in the photo. You know theh did it right then..so then you can do it at home yourself everyday. I didn’t get that experience I wanted and I was nice and didnt say anything but I really was upset because I don’t like the way my hair came out.and the eye brow wax was the worst one I ever had as well.
