Also, Micahla always does an amazing job and is incredibly sweet while waxing and tinting my eyebrows. Everyone in the salon is down to earth and the first priority is definitely client satisfaction. Critical: QualityI dream at night of writing a review that would accurately describe what was done to my hair. To keep it simple I asked for my grown out roots to be blended so the line between old dye and new hair didn’t show and to be blonde. Whatever they felt the best way to do this I was in. They assured me they could. Even showed me another stylist and said it would be like that. Mind you hers was almost white and I said sure thing. I left with the line still showing grown out roots and as a brunette! A waste of money and time (3 hours to be a brunette with highlights that don’t even cover grow out that is a different color!) . I cried in my car after. I tried to be simple and they said they could and they could not. 105 dollars plus tip (she obviously tried her best and must be new to hair) and I am so dissatisfied. They were at least friendly but man I was so looking forward to this and now I don’t even want to look in the mirror.The owner or manager did ask before I left if I wanted to see the top lighter so they did try but it was so bad already I just wanted to get to my car to cry.My hair though ugly and not at all what I want did feel healthier when I left. To keep it simple I asked for my grown out roots to be blended so the line between old dye and new hair didn’t show and to be blonde. Whatever they felt the best way to do this I was in. Critical: Professionalism, ValueTreasure your hair?Stylist are generally friendly and professional, but my stylist broke my (virgin) hair centimeters from my scalp after changing their product. People thought my hairline was receding or asked if I was balding from the missing patches of hair. My hair stood on end from my head for months as it grew back out.
