Hands down the best place to get your nails done or a pedicure in Batavia. I have never had them do a bad job. The only downside is Their scheduling is a bit confusing as they have gone back and forth between taking appointments only to walk in only to both, not sure?

I have gone to this nail salon for years. I have never had a problem. However I just got my nails done less than two weeks ago (Dip with tips) and I have had one nail broken also on my left hand you can see the middle finger has almost come off. I called up the manager to ask if they could fix them. He said he would fix them but I would have to pay for them. I’m sorry but it’s not my fault they didn’t last. I know how long they should last, and it should be longer than two weeks. Even if my nails were growing out that is fine, however they shouldn’t break off or chip like they are in the pictures. I will not go back here and give them my service when they couldn’t give me the curtesy of fixing them because of their service and products didn’t last. Very unhappy and disappointed.

Very disappointed with the outcome of my nails today. I asked for a simple red French tip and got a pink tip covering a larger area than a French tip. My bf came as well for fun and wanted a simple red curve on his nail and got a crooked straight line. Super disappointed I have to have my nails like this for the holiday.

Very busy salon, but the staff was very professional.The salon itself is very clean and modern. The manager here is so incredibly disrespectful and rude to the customers. Not only this but when I went, I had an issue with the nail tech and the managers response was very unprofessional. I would recommend finding a different spa. There’s another one right down the street. Manicure
