The employees here are very nice and helpful. I came here with my grandmother for her birthday. She got a pedicure and a manicure while I got a gel manicure. I got my manicure done by Sunny and she’s absolutely amazing. She was very thorough with my nails and took extra time to make sure they were even and shaped correctly. She also gave me exactly what I asked for. They even rub your back with a warm towel while your nails are drying.. My grandmother really enjoyed her services also. I will be returning.

Critical: CleanlinessI’ve been going here a couple months and sadly have to stop. My toenail became infected after asking the tech to cut my ingrown nail. I’ve never had this issue in the past. I cannot risk this happening again since I’ve been dealing with the infect since 8/29 and nothing seems to help including antibiotics I was prescribed. I’m guessing I was cut with dirty clippers. Always so friendly! I’ve been here a few times, and I will continue to drive the 35 minutes to come here instead of anywhere else. The facilities are always clean, they have always been able to get me in for service, and the costs are appropriate for the services you receive. They are the only place I’ve been to with massage chairs that work well and do a great job hitting the rights spots. Their spa pedicures are wonderful: mud wrap, exfoliation, 15 minute reflexology massage, callus removal, and a lovely scent of your choosing in the water. The lotions and scrubs were packaged in single serve packages, which I thought was very sanitary, and it was all presented on a super cute platter with flowers and a nice presentation. They also have invested in high quality air filter units in the store, which run silently and remove any “salon smell” that lingers in some other facilities. It also removes airborne particulates and a whole host of other things, read the signs for more information! They also have amazing warm towels and they drape across your shoulders (with a disposable liner over them) so they can give you a little bonus massage at the end of your manicure while your nails are drying. They have a loyalty punch card as well, and provided me with a $5 off card for my future visit. Additionally, there is an ATM inside in the back (no fee!) And they provided a discount for cash payment, which was nice. My husband and I went to get manicures and pedicures together and we had another great experience! I will always recommend them and won’t go anywhere else. 😉

I went in for a regular pedicure, other places use the metal scraper to get rid of dead skin on heels. In this place they used a foam scraper and told me I had to pay an additional $10 to scrape my heels with the metal scraper,it’s a rip off!! Never will go there again!!! Pedicure
