Nice enough people, decent pedicure BUT, the place is shockingly dirty and messy, their child was sleeping on a couch in there, I had to move from 3 different “stations” on the dirty floor to get my feet cleaned/scrubbed, old polish off, nails cut, and then another station for polish. Sat in desk chairs with my feet on stools. I’m surprised the place passes health codes. I can’t even explain how bad and uncomfortable it was. They should close and work at a place that can manage a nice, clean, comfortable nail salon. I would never suggest this place.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never been so disgusted with a nail salon as I am right now. Absolutely livid. I could have done a better job blindfolded. I normally do dip with my natural nail, however, I broke 4 of packing boxes before having to travel to Flagstaff. I couldn’t make it to my regular salon, so I found this place close to my Airbnb. She was aggressive and rough with my nails. She clearly didn’t care how my nails turned out, she just wanted to get paid. I have never been so disgusted with a nail salon as I am right now. Absolutely livid. I could have done a better job blindfolded. I normally do dip with my natural nail, however, I broke 4 of packing boxes before having to travel to Flagstaff. I couldn’t make it to my regular salon, so I found this place close to my Airbnb. I’m from out of town and was a walk-in. No one looked up when I entered, a woman with her head down told me there’d be a 10 minute wait. That’s fine I said. May I select a color? She indicated where. Then after awhile I heard someone tell me to go to the back. It was same woman who never looked up. Are you speaking to me, I had to inquire. Yes yes, so back I went. A man did a foot scrub then disappeared for a good 10 -20 minutes, letting me soak. Hmmm. To trim my nails and apply polish, he led me away from the foot bath to a chair with a homemade wooden arch of sorts and required me to lift my foot up high and flatten my foot. It was awkward, uncomfortable and not the best for someone wearing a sun dress. I told him it was uncomfortable. His answer, “it’s the way we’ve been doing it for 26 years”; no apologies or accommodations suggested. I had been informed before they did anything that they were the most popular nail salon in town. If so, their heads have gotten too big.

I’m from out of town & wanted to get my nails done so I thought why not. This place is horrible. I had to go to another salon & get them done again. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went. Save yourself some money & go to another salon. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a horrible job done on my nails. I walked in with a call-ahead appointment. The place looked dirty and run-down, although they did require masks and frequent hand washing. When I arrived there was one person working on several customers. Soon after, two more employees showed up and I was put in the que and shuffled between other clients waiting to have their nail service done. I decided not to get a pedicure and just let them do my gel manicure only. The boss-lady was extremely hurried, no niceties or conversation was offered. The actual nail service I had was okay, but I will NOT be returning.

They did such a great job! I don’t see where all the bad reviews are coming from tbh. I haven’t had acrylics in a long time and they made them look gorgeous! I brought my own gel polish that changes colors and they were very accommodating about it!
