I cannot recommend LY Wellness enough! Vanessa is always so welcoming to speak to when scheduling appointments and Christi and Stephanie are hands down the best when it comes to services! Both have the lightest touch and it makes a big difference when receiving services! You cannot beat the pricing with the membership either! Even though they are very busy, I’ve never had trouble scheduling an appointment & they are always efficient!

For starters, Brooke, AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING job THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I can confidently and without a doubt say that Brooke is the most friendly, helpful, and easiest person to talk to while going through the laser hair removal process. She made sure I understood every part of the procedure, and made sure I was very comfortable. And thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk, she helped me schedule my appointment and was very friendly after the many times i’ve called asking about how things work die to my nerves she is very knowledgeable and helpful. As for the Brazilian laser removal, I was nervous at first that it was going to be more painful than Brazilian waxes, especially since it was my first time doing laser on the Brazilian area, and I have sensitive skin, but I felt NOTHING that was unbearable, I could talk through the whole thing thats how painless it was! It feels like super slight poking, but theres cooling features they use that make any poking unnoticeable. It was also very quick, it took about 30 minutes including the little paperwork at the beginning. I was very pleased and surprised it didn’t hurt, and I cant wait to go back and finish these sessions and start on more areas! Thank you guys so much so glad to have you!!

You truly cannot go wrong with this medspa!! Every single member of their staff has outstanding customer service and makes you feel like a friend rather than a client. I’ve gotten laser hair removal from Christi, and she is FANTASTIC! I also had Botox and lip filler from their injector Stephanie. She is so knowledgeable and is a nurse practitioner, and having an injector with an actual medical background PLUS skill is amazing. She helped me achieve a more natural looking balance in my lips, because as you can see my top lip was really small as compared to my bottom one. Best place to try out filler!!!
