Wonderful place. Would be 5 stars had it not been for the two kids playing with a bouncy ball and slamming doors during my entire session. My husband and I sit in the infrared salt sauna and love the equipment. The staff except for Vinny is lacking customer service skills. If we could just come in and go straight to our booth it would be great. There is always something that ends up making the experience stressful. Either we have to wait 20 minutes to pay, or the salt isn’t working or checked or our appointments are messed up. It’s unfortunate because the concept here is good but the execution needs a lot of work. The technology and and benefits of the equipment are good otherwise we would go somewhere else.

This place is amazing, I love the attention. Linda is a great listener and she made sure she focused on the areas I told her, especially since this massage was very much needed. This place was inexpensive, not crowded, clean and efficient. My husband and I had never tried an infrared sauna before and the receptionist was super helpful in explaining the sauna experience and light therapy combo. Will definitely return! My skin was red for a while (I’m very fair-skinned), but after that subsided, it was clear and clean! Great experience overall.

I have been going to Live Well Salt and Sauna since they opened. I bought the unlimited membership after realizing how much it reduced my pain. I go 4-5 times per week. I have arthritis and joint pain which has been reduced by about 70% since I started going here. It’s a clean, beautiful spa environment and the staff are awesome! I Love having 30 minutes each day to unplug and relax. The infrared heat feels amazing. My weight is down as well which is an added bonus. I highly recommend.

Live Well is a clean, beautifully decorated and “zen” place. I love the sauna and halotherapy that they offer! Super relaxing environment, has a tea/coffee/water and snack bar, items to help you freshen up after a sauna session and their price on packages are awesome!

It was ok. The costumer service made this place better than what it is. She was super sweet, super patient, and super helpful. But not having ceiling is kinda an issue when you give people the option to play music ( others can hear it). I was find with the music someone else was playing but if I come again how will I know I will be ok with it. I watch Netflix while in the sauna. Oh the sauna is where the music is played. The Halo room was cool. I believe the best part of this place. The rooms are kinda small. Yo they will tell you two people can fit on the sauna .. I disagree. Its to small to sit right next to someone whole sweating.. no ma’am no sir. Back to the Halo room… It’s kinda small too.. these smalls are like massage rooms…but the Halo room doesn’t have salted walls but they have a station type thing you sit in.. two white chair are sitting in it and you sit for 30 mins… It help with my allergies.. if you don’t want the salt on your hair, you should cover it. My hair was pretty salty after that… But it washed out fine. The station was very clean and sanitary.. that is a plus over the salt rooms with salt everyone sitting on the salt stone.. how do they clean those anyway?

My parents got us a Groupon to use here and I just wanted to give a shout out to Maddie the young lady who greets and answers the phone. She is bubbly and friendly and explains things thoroughly… we met her last night at our appointment and she was just as bubbly and friendly in person! We enjoyed our halotherapy visit!
