Edwina (the owner) is super knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology. This shows in her ability to create a fitness program or a massage therapy session that is tailored to an individual’s needs. The atmosphere of the studio is really positive, no matter your body type. I’ve made some lifelong friends while attending group exercise classes at LiveWell. I highly recommend it!
