Bought my mom a $500 package for fibroblast in October. I was assured that an account will be created for her and and the funds notated so she can make an appointment whenever she wants. She wanted to wait until spring to come in so I called earlier this year to make sure that everything was good to go. I could not reach anyone over the phone and finally reached out via Instagram to be helped. They could not find any record of my mom or the fact that I paid and after some back and forth and providing the payment verification from my cc statement they told me she was good to go. Fast forward to early this month- my mom shows up for her appointment- says nothing about the procedure or aftercare is explained and when she tried to inquire about both it was like pulling teeth. After she is done, you’d think she’s good to go right? Well you’d be wrong. Once again there is no payment on file. I once again have to scramble at work to provide documentation that I have actually paid already. Everything came out to be $450- with $50 left over. My mom tries to inquire if the $50 that’s left over can be used for a future procedure or even transferred to me as I’ve gotten my lashes done there before as she was planning to tip with cash- This is when the girl starts to get agitated and starts raising her voice that there are no refunds and if she wants to use the money for something she can use it for tip. My mom once again explains that a refund isn’t what she is after which caused her to raise her voice even more and start talking about tips again. My mother just turned around and left at that point.

Its super relaxing, very clean and the staff is so welcoming & kind – all things that are extremely important to me. Before Liv even started my services, she took time to learn about my skin and what I was wanting to achieve since everyone’s skin and goals are unique to them. Liv showed me the products that she would be using and explained how they worked – which I really appreciated. I got a lash lift and eyebrow wax from Ashley. I was so happy with my lash lift results! My eyelashes looked like I had extensions and I liked how I didn’t have to keep up with it unlike the eyelash extensions. She also shaped my eyebrows perfect. Literally this women is a eyebrow queen! Highly recommend. The setup at the salon was also so cute and the staff all around was welcoming.

Olivia and Liv are the best. Olivia has given me my Kaia Gerber brows that I’ve always wanted as well as refreshing my lip line. Liv makes my lashes pop with lash lifts and last week I went in for my first microneedling treatment. Can we talk about the glow I’ve been sporting? Booking my appointment was a breeze and I didn’t have to wait at all for my appointment. Julie is the kindest soul and really helped my skin. The front desk was very helpful, professional and assured me that their waxer and lash tech, Ashley, would take care of me. When I came in, the front desk again was super nice and helpful with all my questions. I’m extremely annoying and particular about my eyebrows and lashes but after meeting Ashley, I will never ever get waxed or lashed by anyone else!! The front desk was very helpful, professional and assured me that their waxer and lash tech, Ashley, would take care of me.
