I worked with Live Salon for my wedding in December 2022. Live is my normal salon, and I was thrilled to be able to get my typical stylist, Vanessa, who has now been with me through some of the best and worst times of my life! Creating a contract with Live was easy and transparent. We decided to have them (Vanessa and Sarah) come on site and they were punctual in their arrival. They completed 4 makeups and 5 hair styles in about 3 hours, including my bridal hair and makeup. Everyone was very satisfied with their looks and everything stayed exactly how it was applied for the whole day! I had given some adjustment notes to Vanessa from our hair and makeup trial and the changes came out perfectly! They went above and beyond for us and even offered to help a bridesmaid who was struggling to braid her own hair. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I will never go anywhere else to have my hair done! Thank you Live!

I had never been to this salon but chose it based on a search for the type of waxing I wanted done and specifically because they offered sugar waxing, according to their website. I booked my appointment online and when I arrived I was put in a small room which was apparently also used for spray tanning. The floor was filthy and the waxing pots looked old and, along with the counter they were on, not very clean. When the woman came in after I had changed I let her know I wanted the sugar waxing option and she informed me they “didn’t have anyone there that knew how to sugar wax”. This was pretty disappointing news considering it was the main reason I chose this place and the alternative did not offer the same results I had been hoping for. The price charged for this experience was a premium for an atmosphere and service that were not. I never leave poor reviews but I was misled and so disappointed that I felt it was necessary in this case.

I cant say enough about this salonfrom Amanda down it is just such a great invoronment. I know I can always going in looking like a rag muffin and come out feeling so much better because of the conversation and also of course because my hair is always on point.
