Came in with a friend for their grand opening and the place is BEAUTIFUL! Bright, clean, and welcoming. We first got the tour and an explanation of how everything works, and decided to opt for injections, rather than a full drip. The nurse injector was very nice and made me feel calm (even though I am scared of needles) – the next two days after my shot I had lots more energy and focus. I will definitely be back!

My experience with Live Hydration was great! The team was personable & professional, the environment was clean & welcoming, & scheduling was convenient. I chose the “pizzaz” which is their version of a Myers cocktail consisting of an infusion of multiple vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins, vitamin C, calcium and magnesium to support the immune system. I regularly get IVs for prevention & know I’m not the easiest to start an IV on. Tonnie made the experience comfortable & seamless!

Came in from out of town and explored a few IV places in the Des Moines area but settled on Live Hydration Spa because they were open on Sunday (most convenient) and the staff over the phone was more welcoming than others.
