It was my first time trying IV therapy and I’m so glad that I did at LIVE Hydrationin Frisco! Nalani, the owner, and staff were very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The spa was spacious and clean, and they also have a separate zen room in case you have a headache or want some privacy. Nalani made a few suggestions of the different services that they offer and Penny (RN) who administered my IV and shot made me feel comfortable, explaining every step since this was all new to me. I got the fast IV (only takes about 5 mins!), Vitamin D shot, and leg compression for 30 minutes. I left the spa feeling relaxed, refreshed, and energized. It’s been five days since and I’ve noticed an increase in focus, energy, and clarity at work and even at home with 3 little ones. Overall, I feel better than ever and I can’t wait to try the Pizazz IV and other services on my next visits! 100% recommended!

The spa was spacious, clean, and cute with all of your hydration needs. I could tell they use top notch quality products. It was my first time trying anything like this. Nalani, who owns the spa helped me with the oxygen therapy. She was nice, personable, knowledgeable and helpful when teaching me about the different services and what I needed. I told her I was stressed out so I did the oxygen therapy and picked the eucalyptus scent. They had other scent, such as lavender and berries (you can mix them too!) I felt relaxed and calm laying there in the comfortable chair with the soothing music that they played. It was a great experience and helped clear my mind. This was my first time but won’t be my last; I will definitely go back to try the hydration iv and other services they offer!

went in the day they opened and boy was it great! i had just recently gotten over being sick during my busy season at work so i decided to do the Cold & Flu IV. it was worth it! the next day i felt so much better and had much more energy! i will be back and have recommended it to all of my friends/colleagues in the Frisco area! big shout out to the staff as well! they were excellent.
