The actual stylists are great. If it had better parking and nicer restrooms, it would be a 5. The facility itself is very average, which is a bummer because when I get my hair done, I want a nice environment and to not take 15 minutes to wait for a parking space to open up. I get my nails done by Kylie here. It’s always clean, smells great, and looks great. There are multiple different people who work in this salon and you don’t hear any fighting, loud talking. It’s actually a really relaxing place. The receptionists are always kind and eager to help as well.

Honestly I’m really disappointed given the reviews. I dislike my bangs so much I will probably just wear them pinned back until they grow out and can get re-cut, which isn’t a huge deal. I was just expecting to leave with blonde hair, especially because my hair is already light brown. I showed pictures, and got no indication that my hair wasn’t able to get that light on the first visit. Nobody in my family knew I had lightened my hair until I told them and my friends literally can’t tell. My hair naturally gets lighter than they made it in the summer.. I made it clear that I was unhappy with how dark my hair was still but the stylist said the lightest parts in my hair were already as light as you can get without being platinum, I really don’t agree, and my sister found like one highlight that was actually that light. I get that the paper she has you read says that the balayage gets better every time, but I REALLY was not expecting to leave with brown hair still. She should have warned me. I wouldn’t have gotten it done if I knew

It’s a place free lancers rent out so my experience will probably be different then yours but my stylist, Rasa is great, skilled and attentive. I’d definitely recommended her if you get a chance, however there’s a lot of other people I have no know idea about so best of luck to you.

Appointment was at 9, but I arrived at 850. A stylist saw me and didn’t say anything or greet me. She went straight to her chair and on to her phone. Waited until 915, then decided to leave. Before leaving I looked for the stylist that I had an appointment with, and she was doing something else in her little room. She said, “Oh, were you waiting?” Ummmm, duh! The sign up front says someone (a stylist) will come get you. She couldn’t have been bothered. Twenty-five minutes was a waste of my time and gas driving out there. Unless you have an entire day to spend waiting on someone to recognize you AND unless you’d like someone to treat you as if you’re inferior because they think their time is more valuable than yours, don’t bother!
