I absolutely love this place. Staff is amazing, super sweet and welcoming. A very peaceful ambiance inside, perfect to detox and relax. You get your own private room for each service and they are extremely clean. I have gone twice already and plan on keep going. Also great location if you are in Weho area.

You’ve never tried a sauna like this! I am a long time lover of using saunas. It’s my favorite way to end a workout or just de-stress after a long day. I came in and owner Felicia gave me the run down on what makes infrared different and what the health benefits are — FYI there are a lot! After the meditation/sauna session, that comes with this super moisturizing face mask, I showered and mustered up the courage to do the cold plunge. I managed to stay in 1min! I literally felt amazing! Crazy natural high that lasted for a few hours afterward. I’m converted! Can’t wait to go back to try and beat my personal cold plunge record and try out the vitamin shots.
