I had my first experience w LIV aesthetics on sat 10/15 and it was great! The staff was welcoming and so nice! The facility is so clean and they offer a wide variety of services. I felt comfortable from the time I walked in to the time I left and I can’t wait to come back. I had my first Lutronic ultra laser treatment w Sarah. I tried to cancel an appointment and they simply didn’t ever pick up the phone, so I resulted to leaving a voice Mail which they then claimed to never had received despite me having evidence on my phone call history of doing so. While understanding the necessity of a cancellation fee, I feel as if I deserved to be advised that it would be a 75 dollar fee upon making said appointment.

I went to this establish to follow up on botox treatment I had gotten elsewhere, after receiving it I felt as if it had little to no effect on my face. Upon calling the place I had previously visited I learned that they used a fraction of what I needed on my face for a much higher price. It was frankly a waste of money and I when I tried to cancel my follow up appointment to go elsewhere, my calls were ignored and I was then charged a cancellation fee of 75 dollars which I only been advised of in an email I hadn’t been able to check. I also found it a bit unprofessional that when I went for my first appointment everything had already been set up, while I would usually appreciate the efficiency I didn’t know how sanitary the things being used on my face were nor was I completely confident what was being injected in my face because it it. It’s the worst experience I’ve had with Botox so far I wouldn’t recommend it.

The service here is impeccable. I love that I have such a trusted medical spa so close to home. Britt is so knowledgeable and patient. She always makes sure you are happy with your results from previous appointments and always explains what she is doing and the results you should expect to see even if you are repeating the same services as the last time. She wants to make sure you are satisfied. You never feel rushed through an appointment and the staff is so friendly when you arrive. It is always easy to make an appointment and they do their best to work around your schedule. I love coming here and I always know I will get exceptional service.

I went in for an appointment for lip filler originally but upon looking at my lips Britt informed me that it would be too dangerous to do filler because I have a large vessel in my lip. She said she could go around the vessel with filler but that ultimately it wouldn’t give me the look and enhancement that I was looking for. I greatly appreciated her expertise and her caution, and the fact that she was looking out for my best interest! Would highly recommend, and will be back for other services!

I found everyone very friendly and it was very clean. I went for Botox which I had several times in the past other places and was usually given 50 units. I was only given 40 which was not enough and I knew this. (I was told that they like to start on the light end of units but I knew I needed my usual dosage if not more) In going back in for my two week follow up visit I explained that the lines between my brows and across my forehead were still more visible than it usually was after a treatment. I had already paid a good amount the first time I was there and wasn’t happy with my results and didn’t want to fork out another $200 more. I just feel like the quote should have been more accurate, I told them what I usually received and was advised otherwise. It’s been a month and already the lines between my brows are starting to become more noticeable. It’s not a good fit for me to get services done here.
