Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismExtremely poor customer service and communication! The only gentlman that was working the night of 6/3/21 at this location was rude from the beginning. The language barrior made him frustrated because him and his women coworker did not speak English and even when we pointed at which specific massage we wanted he did not understand. At the end of the massage when all 4 of us paid individually he was upset because tip was not included to him and his other coworkers did get tip. He was frustrated that we could not understand him that he pulled out his phone to use a translator. He made it seem as if tip was mandatory but who he massaged did not have any extra cash on them thats why they were unable to give tip not because they didnt want too, when we saw he was super mad i digged in my bag and only found $3 so i gave them to who he massaged and she handed him the money and because it was only $3 of tip that made him extremely mad and handed back the tip. What an ungrateful, unprofessional person!!! NEVER AGAIN I will be sure to tell the community about this place!Extremely poor customer service and communication!
