Alicia (the owner) is also an amazingly kind person. Everyone always have a smile on their faces. Constantly making sure the guest are comfortable. Every time I have called this placed the lady is closed I should have seen that as a warning. I booked her finally and then 3 days before my appointment she canceled me telling me that once again someone is sick and she can’t do it. That has been a her excuse every time. I don’t even know how she is managing to keep her shop open if she never works or has anyone in there available to do work.
