Our stylist was absolutely wonderful! She knows what she’s doing and is so great with kids! The prices were well worth it! This is the perfect place to take your children or just go for your own cut!

Critical: ProfessionalismJune 17th was my son’s last hair cut with little kuts and it was done by the owner. We were impress by how quick she worked and how patient she was with our son. That same day we were told be the the owner who is also the stylist that until further notice she will be working alone and to continue to book through Instagram at least two weeks in advance since she books quick. I wasn’t able to get his next appointment until Aug. 20th at 10:30AM. On Aug. 19th Joanne messaged me saying “Hi, This is Joanne from Little Kuts Hawaii, I need to cancel your haircut appt for tomorrow. Marie is not feeling well. Thank you.” I was understanding, and said to myself things happen so I didn’t think much about it, but I did ask “Can I reschedule for next Thursday then?” I was left on read so I then sent another message a week later “Will I be able to take him this week Thursday?” I finally receive an answer “Our stylist is taking off 1 month.” Again, didn’t think much of it, for some who may know and for those who do not little kuts Instagram page is private but if you are a fellow costumer you are approved. Anyways, I see their story and see that they were currently working because a costumer had tagged them in a photo saying thank you for their child’s haircut, I was upset because clearly I was lied to rather than simply given a “I don’t want your service” response. I think write to her again “Hi, I’ve been trying to make an appointment for my son for the last two months. I’m not a new costumer as you may know. My last appointment was canceled because you were sick I understood. When I tried to reschedule you said you were taking a month off, yet you continue to work. If you didn’t want our service you could have just said that. Thank you anyways.” Again, I was left on seen and then blocked, yet, she still has my son’s photos on her page. Owner is very unprofessional and should hire someone to help her keep track of her clients. June 17th was my son’s last hair cut with little kuts and it was done by the owner. We were impress by how quick she worked and how patient she was with our son. She made my baby boy feel totally safe and got him looking extra dapper! I love how patient she is and talks to him and acknowledges him (He can be a little dramatic- but marie said he isn’t lol) So thankful I was able to go back to her! I love Marie and her energy that she shares the moment you walk through her doors! She made my baby boy feel totally safe and got him looking extra dapper! I love how patient she is and talks to him and acknowledges him (He can be a little dramatic- but marie said he isn’t lol) So thankful I was able to go back to her!
