I bring my little boys here on a regular basis — the shop is vintage and clean; the owner & barbers are all very skilled, friendly and professional; and excellent with kids. Prices are reasonable! All I can say is that when you walk into this place people that you don’t know somehow become instant friends! I have to mention two of them. The owner, Al, even if he’s cutting someone’s hair, still takes a moment to smile & welcome every person that walks in. And Meti…what can I say…He’s a PATRIOT & a FRIEND. I had high expectations from this shop because of the good reviews. I also badly needed a good haircut, so I was looking forward to it. The owner of the shop was very nice and welcoming, and the shop is clean. The wait time was also not too bad. But the person who cut my hair was strange. I have been cutting my hair the same way for the last two years and I kind of like it. When I showed him that I want my sides to be really short , he just told me ‘this is not for you’, and then got a bit agitated when I insisted. He pointed to the customer getting haircut next to me said ‘ you dont want to have something like that.’ I decided not to continue this conversation and spoil my mood on a Saturday morning, so I went along with it- but I am probably not coming back here unless this turns out to be the typical customer service in this area.

Alex cut my one year old’s hair. Not only did the haircut look great, but he had a smile on my son’s face.Little Joe and Johns reminds me of the barber shop I went to as a kid with my Dad and my Grandpa. Al, the owner, makes everyone feel like family, and he’s actually rounded up barbers from all over who used to own their own shops. Its essentially a Dream Team of barbers. I’ve gotten my hair cut by Al, Alex, Carmine and others and every time I go, I’m happy with my haircut. Al cut my hair for my wedding, and I’m looking forward to him giving my new son his first haircut so that I can recreate the tradition I had with my Grandpa and Dad. I used to drive for 20 minutes to get to this shop, that’s how great it is.I highly, highly, highly recommend this barber. A true classic barber shop!! I got a great haircut by Carmen and it felt like I was in a barbershop from a movie scene with all the interesting characters and conversations. Definitely going back.
