Not a good experience. Have attempted to get done hair cut multiple times there. Business hours are either incorrect or person is not there during posted hours, or she closes early. Went there today and hours were until noon. It was 1115. She was trying to tell me she closed early through the door several feet away, I couldn’t hear her and I cannot read lips. She came to door and said…”I have a migraine…” shut the door on my son and myself…. I understand she doesn’t feel well ( I get migraines too) but what horrible customer service. Rude beyond belief. Don’t waste your money. I’ll go to Plattsburgh if the attitude is better than that.

We came to get our 5 year old daughter’s hair cut. Whoever was the stylist on that day was downright rude, the entire time. Customers entered as she was cutting our daughter’s hair and she was rude and unkind to them. She disregarded my suggestions for how I wanted my daughter’s hair. Small, short, short brown-haired woman. Huge disappointment since we never had a bad experience in the past. Will not be returning if she’s working there!
