Critical: ProfessionalismI went here for laser hair removal. At first Lisia is fabulous, very nice lady and got back to me promptly. Then came covid time so my appointments got pushed back due to her being closed. Totally no fault of her own but also not mine. When she was able to open again I made an appointment and on the phone I asked if being delayed would mess up the treatments. The response I got was “yes but it is what it is” no extra appointments, nothing. Just whatever. So I continued my treatment. Then came my last appointment and I tried calling SEVERAL times to reschedule BEFORE my appointment came. Still to this day no return calls, no nothing and my final appt was supposed to be in October. I know I’m not the only one who has wasted money coming here. I do not recommend beginning treatment at this place. She doesn’t care about the money or time spent getting results desired for clients.
