It takes skill, knowledge, and practice to achieve satisfactory results with a deep tissue massage and believe me, this was nothing short of amazing. I have an injury from the past that flares up when aggravated and the more it flares the tighter the muscles get which brings me to an agonizing pain level. Lisa worked it out of me and less than 24 hours later my pain has been reduced from a level 9 to about a 2.5!! With stretching and Ibuprofen I know that it will continue to alleviate and eventually I will hit zero again.
