Critical: Quality, ValueI wish I would have read these reviews before I brought my daughter here. The work they did was sub-par at BEST. She got a gel fill with 1 nail repair and it was $55!!!! The lady she usually goes to (private nail tech) was fully booked this week so we took a gamble. Never again. For prices like that they could’ve at least massaged her hands! I wish I would have read these reviews before I brought my daughter here. The work they did was sub-par at BEST. She got a gel fill with 1 nail repair and it was $55!!!! The lady she usually goes to (private nail tech) was fully booked this week so we took a gamble. Never again. For prices like that they could’ve at least massaged her hands! This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Do not go there. The pedicure is not a pedicure and u pay all this money for it.. My legs didn’t even get wet. No massage no nothing. The guy did my nails all thick. They looked like press on nails. Don’t waste your money,,, Go some place else…You will thank me later.. Manicure, Pedicure

I get my nails done every month, and I’ve been growing them out for months. I normally go to a place in Acworth, and get my nails done, but it was my daughters birthday weekend and I was in a hurry and in Douglasville, so I stopped in to get them done. I always get SNS because they last a whole lot longer, but not if you go here to get them done. I’ve literally had them done for four days, and not only did the paint already crack and chip off, but my nails are so dry from them sticking them in nail polish remover and leaving them in there for an hour and a half people! If you care about your nails and their health don’t go here, your nails will literally cut and break off themselves. I spent a hundred and twenty dollars for these people to literally kill my nails! I will never go back here and I don’t recommend this place to anyone I know.

This place is horrible. I went in to get my pedicure and mani done all for a waste of $75 I have never gone somewhere and paid that much. I thought there was no line ok perfect but the man went way to fast and didn’t give me my foot massage and the lady just did the basics to my nails which I could’ve done myself. Plus when he was doing my feet he put the tool back into the sterile box without washing it. I’ve never seen that done before but I will never go back

Horrible, Horrible, got my nails done Last Thursday not even a week ago , my polish started chipping..hated the look on my nails so I started taking it all off..call spoke with the guy very rude, but if you not a regular don’t go there..they don’t care about how you you feel about your nails… Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in on yesterday to get my nails done a full set to be exact with white gel polish the next day my nails turned brown the owner rude husband tried to tell me it’s because I might have dipped my hands in chemicals. Sir I know how to take care of white gel polish. Their products are just cheap and the are very unprofessional. I could understand if I tried to come back a week later but the very next day. Critical: QualityDo NOT waste your time nor money here. One star because zero/negative stars are not an option. Subpar work at best—nails were rough, uneven, and jagged AFTER my gel manicure and polish did NOT look professionally done. I only patronized this business because I was in a pinch and couldn’t get to my regular nail salon last minute.

I have never posted a review before, but I was so upset with my polish coming off that same day and peeled off 5 fingers within two days. I used their regular polish not the cost extra stuff. The leg massage lasted about 20 seconds. First time and last going there.
