Critical: ProfessionalismI have gone here two times. I’ve been so pleased with Lisa in the past because she does an amazing job with lashes. I love the owner and hate having to put a review that isn’t great…but I am seeing a trend with other reviews so I’m going to share mine as well.This was not Lisa’s fault, but someone she has hired. My appointment was canceled 9 minutes before the actual appointment. Usually, I wouldn’t care…but I drive an hour and a half just to be here. So I was already 4 minutes out. It’s very frustrating to have appointments canceled on you when you are not from around town and you got off work just to be there.I have gone here two times. I have gone here two times. I’ve been so pleased with Lisa in the past because she does an amazing job with lashes. I love the owner and hate having to put a review that isn’t great…but I am seeing a trend with other reviews so I’m going to share mine as well.This was not Lisa’s fault, but someone she has hired. The fist time she offered a discount on my service when i already had one to begin with because of an allergic reaction to the glue she uses, she wasn’t available to remove the lashes so she gave me $20 off(fist service i ever got done). The second time she cancelled and now she cancelled again. So i have 3 appointments scheduled and every appointment was cancelled for whatever reason. The fist time she offered a discount on my service when i already had one to begin with because of an allergic reaction to the glue she uses, she wasn’t available to remove the lashes so she gave me $20 off(fist service i ever got done).
