Lisa is a fantastic stylist and a good person. One of the many reasons I support her is because she is well known in town for being unusually accommodating to individuals with disabilities. Some clients come in to have fun, like a lady in her 80s who wanted pink hair. And then this gal – who was in the next chair. I loved her highlights and my hair looks similar. But next time I might go for the pink!

I decided to try a new place and boy am I glad I did. Crystalina, jasmine and Lisa were absolutely amazing. I came in for a cut and color and both came out absolutely amazing. I had been to two other salons to try and get the cut I wanted and who knew all I had to do was come down here! They accommodated me last minute on more than one occasion, they also made sure that I was completely satisfied. I really could not have asked for a better experience and I highly highly recommend this salon and every stylist is equally as amazing as the other. If you’re looking for a salon that will take good care of you make sure you stop at Lisa’s cuts first!!!

I and many of my friends that live here in New Canaan have been going to Lisa at this salon for 3 years now and have had keratin treatments haircuts and different color services and I must say my hair has never looked and felt this good and healthy. They use really gentle products that don’t dry out or damage the hair. I get compliments all of the time on how great my hair looks!

Extremely disappointed. I asked for honey blonde highlights and didn’t get them. In fact had to really look to see any change. When I said that to stylist, she said she knew and that she covered up the gray… huh, not what I asked for. Also wanted to talk about a real style. Woman booking appointment highly recommended this stylist and said she was so creative and current on styles…she definitely was not. In fact, all she did was clean up my current cut which I did myself!!

Going back for my second visit today, and very excited. I’ve gotten tons of compliments. A Long time friend just told me my hair is the best its ever looked. Jasmines great arlt her job. had a wonderful experience here. Jasmine spent time explaining everything from the process involved in achieving the look I wanted to the products I might consider for up keep. She walked me through my options and made sure I felt comforatable at all times. My hair looks great, feels great, and i look forward to visiting there again.

Critical: ProfessionalismI tried to make an appt today with them. They use a company called gloss to book the appt. The person I was texting was Gina. No one called me. This was all done through texting. She asked to send the groupon voucher through text before the appt. I told her I am not comfortable doing that as that would mean I wouldn’t be able to change it if something happened with their business or no longer taking groupons. Gina was the person behind the phone texting me. Which She does not work for the salon but for the booking company called Gloss. When I told her I wasn’t comfortable sending the voucher to her. These were her words to me. “ I am the online appointment booking person I have been booking appointments for the salon for over seven years as they’ve been taking Groupon over seven years and I’ve never had an issue If that’s how you feel then maybe you should just ask Groupon for a refund and book your appointment at another salon. This is the rules of the salon it’s very busy and it keeps Clients from making an appointment and not showing up this proves that they have a voucher” At that point I said okay I will use another salon and will be leaving a review about your service. She proceeded to tell me the following: I just found your name let me go ahead and review you and google you and report this harassment. I said harassment?! I haven’t done anything to you. She proceeded to say don’t use this number anymore or I will call the cops. Not only was I told they would call the cops on me but she said she would google MY name and give me a bad review! This is what you get when booking an appt with this salon. I haven’t even used the salon. I just wanted to make an appt and I wasn’t comfortable sending the voucher online to someone I don’t know. I sent her a pic of my purchase but that wasn’t good enough for her. I will now proceed to book with another salon. Just thought you should know how your service is working for you. Can’t conplqin Cristalina was great. The only issue was I was checking Groupon $ for the keratin spoke with a few stylist. First thing I explained that a beauty academy was going to do my treatment for 185, But heir students and she has a licensed stylist After speaking eithvarious salons I decided to go with her(Just because she sounded convincing on the phone). As well of telling me not to buy the Groupon that she would give me a 10% discount, and it would be much less than the 185.00. Mind you I love in Bridgeport. So long story short when hairstylist asked how much she stayed it was 180.00 ummmm my? Is was the 10% promised discounted. I definitely loved Cristalina she was awesome. As well as my wife was with me and we she walked through the door a little while later did not acknowledge her presence. Making her feel uncomfortable. So I traveled to get the treatment from Bridgeport to not have no savings.

i went in after having a groupon , i had a cezanne treatment i had the product put in my hair and then had it sitting in my hair in the waiting hour for and hour and a half!!!! while i was waiting for someone to give me an update to when i would be rinsed and continue with the treatment. i asked after and hour and she said 15 minutes but it was another thirty until i was rinsed. meanwhile they said my entire appointment would be that long. meanwhile the person doing my hair did two other people’s hair in that time who were also getting a keratin treatment. the place only had one fan and got a litttle hard to breath with the smoke from the hair. the place was old and crusty with worn down chairs and washing area , lisa was nice but the other person seemed a bit stress with the volume of people she had to see. i also had a cut along with my cezanna treatment, she cut my hair dry and in 2 minutes, unprofessional because a normal haircut takes about and hour. she also charged me an extra $50 because my hair was thick!!! over all the experience was not good but okay i got what i wanted but in an untimely manner, i was there from 11:30 am to 3:00, when she said that it would take 2 hours most, this was because the amount of peopel she had to deal with.
