Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI’ve been coming to this place for about a year now. It’s a hit or miss with these people. I like to have one person work on both of my hands & feet. Typically, the same nail tech. Like Chi, she is good at what she does. This visit the lady’s work seemed like she was just learning. My pedicure had no shine, it looked matte. A week & a half later I wake up & see nail polish in my bed. Not to mention the paint on my two thumbs peeled off. I had a design I payed for. I had her take off the design & do just a clear coat because the design was done so poorly. Lisa, the owner had to redo my nails a day later, because I got them done on New Year Eve, they where closed New Years day. So I went back the day after New Years to get them done over. Lisa, said she didn’t charge me for the acrylic fill & design which was $55. They will over charge you for poor service. I’m over them & there poor service. She suggest fun colors and designs. She will always get a 2 week fill and good tip from me. She’s the best. Staff is very friendly and attentive as well. They take walk ins and are always chit chatting and laughing, good salon envoirment. Haven’t tried other services but Very happy with their service so far.
