You guys I can’t even begin to explain how in love I am with my hair… I hate going to the salons usually because I never get the results I want but thanks to My stylist Katherine I am at a loss of words, I am so In love!!!! she can SLAY hair my hair also did not feel overly done or dry which happens everytime I go somewhere with bleaching my hair. Usually when I get a bleach done, I feel like my hair is a brick, and my scalp itches and burns the whole time, but nope not this time.. i felt nothing but utterly comfortable and relaxed which that’s how it should be! I just can’t believe how much better my hair feels and looks. She will forever be my stylist from here on and out I HIGHLY recommend.

They do not accept credit cards and change 3.5% for use. I didn’t expect that, especially when the bill is almost $250. I was not informed in advance as a New Customer, not at the check in time and either at the time when I made an appointment. The website doesn’t say anything about payment methods.

I can’t say enough great things about Jeanette and the Tinley location. I don’t usually give reviews but I felt the need to say how awesome she was! I was scheduled with her by chance since my old hair dresser no longer works there. And to be honest, I was a little hesitant, but I could not have been any happier and will definitely be going back to her! She listened to what I wanted and my hair came out great. After we talked about what I was looking to do she came back with an price estimate to double check I was okay with the cost. In all the times I’ve gone to Lisa Thomas salon no one has ever done that and I really appreciated that she did. She also didn’t try shove products down my throat like I’ve had stylist do in the past. She explained what she was using and why and left it at that. I did end up buying some product but didn’t feel pressured to buy something that I’d regret later. If you’re looking for a great hairstylist I would definitely recommend Jeanette!!

WAY too overpriced for such a simple service. I was charged $50 for a girl to curl my hair the other day. It took her less than 30 minutes and there was no cut, blowdry, or additional style needed. She was a sweet girl, but I never would have agreed to the price if it was mentioned upfront. The curl was cute but not $50 cute. It lasted less than 3 hours in my hair.
