From our initial consultation she made sure she understood what I wanted and what I liked. I knew when she was washing my hair that I struck gold. Lexi was very thorough and gentle. The temperature of water, the gentle massage of head and keeping shampoo off my face while my hair was completely cleaned and conditioned.

My salon of choice! I go to the 143rd st location in Orland Park west of Harlem Ave. Emily Rose is a second level stylist who goes above and beyond to make sure ur satisfied! She does a consult and talks about pricing before she begins. (Never had that before) So no surprises at the checkout. Give her a chance. You won’t be disappointed!!!

This place is awesome for young girls in terms of price, I brought my 10 year old daughter here for a new style she wanted. For 23 bucks she got a wash, a cut and a style. That’s only like 10 bucks more then a great clips. The stylists do a great job, take thier time, and are very friendly.

I’ve been going to Lisa Thomas salon for over 20 years! I used to see the same person each time but she left. So I’ve had different hairstylists each time after and all have been fantastic! I’m giving two stars. My haircut was okay but I wanted more dramatic layering to be done. So my hair still looked kind of boring even after styling. This was my first time at this salon and my biggest problem was my stylist. She was relatively unfriendly. It seems like she wanted to do the bare minimum of friendly banter. Most of the time when she said something it was to try and get me to buy some hair product. This wouldn’t have been a huge deal if she were more friendly in general, but without that, her efforts to sell products were very off-putting. Lisa Thomas is also not the cheapest place so I was expecting a higher level of customer service, but they do a better job at super cuts. Probably will not be coming back.
