Emily cut my hair nicely the first time, but the second time she did not follow the prior cut and just give me a trim, as I specifically asked for. She cut my hair in an inappropriate style for an older adult (in my 60’s), and I walked out looking like I had a pixie cut from the 1960’s. Chris, the manager, listened to my story, but one week later, has yet to return a call to me, as she stated she would. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
