My 1st visit 10 mins in and I had to complement Lisa that she did more in 10 mins than in 1 hour with other therapists in the area. If you are looking to relieve pain – for me it is Sciatica she’s your gal. She does amazing stretching techniques. She will let you know where she notices the issues throughout the therapy and will fix it. Let her know your pain threshold. Also, don’t get hung up on her recommendation for a 90 min appt to a 60 min she knows what it will take to get you treated.
