Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality”When I made an appointment for Mother’s Day weekend, the man was very impatient on the phone and told me to call back when I knew what I wanted Because I was asking questions to help me figure out what service I wanted. 5 min tops. When we get there 10 min early to get situated. They started my husband late. I confirmed with Simone several times what we were getting done. I was asked to move FROM the spa chair (which I do know is an upgrade) to the nail booth. I hear them offering my husband hand paraffin which was an up sale and nothing of what I told them. So my hubby has 2 women working on him in the spa chair and they are offering things I did not order?, I’m sitting at the nail booth and the spot next to him is empty and they never cleaned it, so why was I even asked to move? Oh thats right because “its faster” is what they said. I was in tears in the parking lot. I felt very uncomfortable and divided from the experience with my husband. After two days my gel polish in peeling :(… . Call me sensitive but take emotions out of it and what did I get, Rude booking experience, my husband and I did not have the same treatment even though we ordered the same thing ( which they tried to up sale him on things) and my nails are peeling even though they put a bunch of coats on. We spent over 200 dollars. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThey are Awesome with a capital A! Everyone is so nice and friendly. The place is spotless and most importantly they do a great job! The space is large and comfortable. I find my time there relaxing. Plenty of parking on the street and in back.Service: Manicure
