I was not greeted after entering the salon. Only after my stylist was done with her previous client, about 10 mins later, did she say my name, and I followed her back to the wash room. Not much talking in the chair, and I had to engage her. Only as I was paying did I get any enthusiasm from her voice, I do not expect to be fawned over, but I did expect a little more from my experience. Hair cut and style were average, and I was a little taken back that she curled my hair without asking me. I probably won’t go back.

My elderly mother and I had the pleasure of having the royal treatment this afternoon at the salon with a cut and style for Mom and a cut and color for me. First of all, Lisa and her staff were able to overcome a scheduling error to accommodate us. Mom and I came in looking like the wrath of God and left feeling like a million bucks. All three stylists had a hand in our transformation with Lisa overseeing the process and doing final touchups. In addition to their styling skills, we found the three quite entertaining so that the afternoon was a whole lot of fun! They treated Mom like one of the gang and made her feel special, which, of course, she is! Many thanks to Lisa, Ashley, and Amanda. We will definitely be seeing you again!
