very very disappointed… i came in with high hopes and expectations from all the great reviews and word of mouth, i left very disappointed. i paid $60 for this set and this is how it came out… the first photo is the reference photo i gave them, the next 2 are how my nails turned out… and not mention lisa sat me in her chair then told me “i dont have time i only have 20 minutes”… then why did she seat me..

I really like Lisa but she doesn’t like when you question something. When I’m paying money for a service, I want what I want. If a nail is shorter than the others I think I should be able to say something without getting the attitude. Plus, she lied twice about not having an appt. available when someone else I know called the same day and got one. Guess it’s time to move on.
