Critical: QualityOne of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. I gave them multiple chances over the last couple years because it is the only local place. I travel out of town for my nails now. The man is slightly decent at very very basic services, the woman can’t even paint nails nicely. Last time I went there I called ahead and told them I wanted only the man to do my nails, he did my fill and then had the woman paint my nails. I had to literally leave and drive to Cambridge (which isn’t a five minute drive!) and have them fixed. So much for saving time. Terrible, terrible service. Nothing is clean. The tools are dirty. They don’t even try to pretend to use clean tools or files. I will never return. One of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. I gave them multiple chances over the last couple years because it is the only local place. I travel out of town for my nails now. The man is slightly decent at very very basic services, the woman can’t even paint nails nicely. Last time I went there I called ahead and told them I wanted only the man to do my nails, he did my fill and then had the woman paint my nails. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorse service ever they don’t clean there pedicure tools or foot tubs and uses the same tools for every customer.I got foot fungus on my two large toes and the big nails feel off . Nancy does a horrible job and they are way over priced $90 for a gel fill and gel pedicure. I will drive to city’s and get it done right and way better quality.
