Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBad attitudes got over on my services … I went to get full set and Polish change on toes.. nails were thin and said they couldn’t do them right because it would be extra!!!!!! they didn’t use regular Polish due to covid 19 only offered gel but used regular Polish on toes and charged $15 just for Polish only! Bad attitudes got over on my services … I went to get full set and Polish change on toes.. nails were thin and said they couldn’t do them right because it would be extra!!!!!! they didn’t use regular Polish due to covid 19 only offered gel but used regular Polish on toes and charged $15 just for Polish only! I confirmed they would when I first arrived and was told yes. Came here for a Pedi and dip.. took 2.5 hours and they kept taking walk ins before me.. finally got the pedicure still have remnants of old polish on my feet.. then they tell me after I’ve sat another 30 mins they aren’t doing dip.. I told him that I wanted French tip on my toes and nails and he said that they weren’t using any regular polish. I got my nails and toes done by 4 different people. Different employees were giving me different prices. They tried to charge me more money after I had already paid. I asked for a refund because my nails looked horrible. I don’t recommend them at all. Before getting serviced the employee pointed the temperature thing in my face without asking or telling me what he was doing. I told him that I wanted French tip on my toes and nails and he said that they weren’t using any regular polish. I got my nails and toes done by 4 different people. Different employees were giving me different prices. They tried to charge me more money after I had already paid. I asked for a refund because my nails looked horrible. I don’t recommend them at all. Terrible customer service!!!!
