Critical: ValueI went to this nail place twice to get a GEL set. Both times my nails started to chip within a week, the last time I went I told them I wanted a discount off for this set because I did not believe this was Gel polish. They only gave me a measly $3 off and it did the same exact thing this time. I do not do a lot of heavy lifting or a lot blue collard things with my hands for the “gel” polish to chip within a week. They do good with my eyebrows but that’s it, I would not recommend and I will not be returning for another set. I went to this nail place twice to get a GEL set. Both times my nails started to chip within a week, the last time I went I told them I wanted a discount off for this set because I did not believe this was Gel polish. They only gave me a measly $3 off and it did the same exact thing this time. I do not do a lot of heavy lifting or a lot blue collard things with my hands for the “gel” polish to chip within a week. I would give the place zero stars if i could. The acrylic is horrible all cracked around the cuticle had one nail just pop off after a few days. Definitely over priced and not good. $55 for a place that doesnt do nails good

Went in to get my nails done around 5pm. There was ONE worker and one customer and was told they did not have time! They are open until 8pm!! Definitely will not be going back. I would highly recommend another salon. Very rude.

I frequently visit this salon for pedicures however on the last 3 visits the service has been poor. The female staff members are pleasant, but will rush through the service when certain customers arrive. The lady that performed my pedicure had another customer walk in and and she continuously would look back and hurry through my treatment. This is the 2nd time that has occurred. On a prior service, she would try to work on both, another customer and I at the same time. Meaning she would actually put her hands in the other customers water and prepare her feet then slide across the floor and do the same with me in which is very unsanitary. Additionally, my pedicure lasted 15 mins from the time I walked through the door until walking out yesterday. The male staff member is not very personable at all. He does excellent service however, he performs the service and walks away, put shis coat on and leaves for the day while you remain in the chair confused. He is also a little rough. I accept that because he does an awesome job and I often tip him $10. I tip the ladies $2.00 or less hoping that they would understand, tips are based on the service you provide. Needless to say after the sore bleeding toes yesterday, I will take my business elsewhere.

Got the worst gel manicure of my life here. Some nails were smudged and one has a FUZZ in it but I didn’t notice until after I left. Paid for this expensive gel manicure for it to be very poor quality and already chipped after a few days. Not to mention my cuticles are completely destroyed. If you want a quality manicure I do not recommend going here.

they pried my acrylics off with a plastic nail and then she broke half of my nails. but then she wanted to cut one of my nails after u told her i didn’t want her to do anything to them but she cut it off anyway. i am never coming her again
