Awful!!!! They took my eyebrow off today 6/16/17! I have been going to them for years. I was in a rush and I asked them do my eyebrows. Lisa (owner) told me 5 minutes and then starts doing someone elses nails. The client she attempted to start working on happened to be my friend. My friend said no do her eyebrows first she has a wedding to go to. I sit in the chair only to have a missing eyebrow. Instead of them offering a refund they offer to cut of my other eyebrow. Worst service ever! Then her coworker laughs and says it will grow back in 2 weeks. I told him I didn’t have 2 weeks. The fact that he laughed at their mistakes on their clients is ridiculous! I will NEVER come back!!! I’ve been going there since I was a Teen when Lisa worked across the street with her ex husband. I always tip almost half of what I paid for my nails or feet. This nail salon is a disgrace! She doesn’t know customer service neither does her employees. I looked past the fact, that they always have dirty towels, it took them a good 5 years to buy new ones. I looked past the fact that they barely have color options. I looked past the fact that she is rude to some and not others. But today waxing over my eyebrow pushed me over the limit

I don’t like her mannerisms or the other people that work there…Lisa think just cause she getting some black beef injection she can talk to consumer of color any kind of way…I’ve been to a lot of nail salons that do superb work and have excellent customer service skills so putting up with her stank raunchy attitude and hot breath over my eyebrows is not worth it… Customer service and good work go hand and hand.
