I was referred to Lisa by another client of hers and called to schedule an appointment. Lisa asked what I needed done and when I explained what my situation was she began to question everything I said and became very rude and argumentative. She should be the expert and be able to provide a consultation on what I would need. It is obvious she is not looking to grow her business with that kind of behavior. I was simply calling because I heard good things about her and needed to find a good stylist but I won’t tolerate being disrespected and will find another stylist who is not uncouth and shows professionalism.

My daughter went in to get a specific hair cut and color done by Mark. She came home not with blonde ombre, but giant chunks of orange. Really horrible job. When contact was made with the salon owner to correct the problem she had the nerve to say that there was nothing wrong with the color. Very rude and no apologies. No refund and I had to pay someone twice as much to correct the damage done by Mark.
