I had an appointment at 10. I was five minutes late so they wouldn’t blow dry my hair even though I made the appointment for a cut and blow dry. I needed my hair done but they were disrespectful and did not care. Just because I was younger they did not treat me with the same level of respect as every other customer. The stylist was super nice and did a great job, which is why it is sad that their staff is not at that same level. The place was also super nice inside and clean.
