Had a horrific experience here and not recommended! Being a loyal customer for over 8 years. I was taken to the Massage room and after getting changed, prep, and a few mins after the massage started, I was asked to exit as telling they had a schedule mix-up.

The complain is about their charge. I have a good insurance but is Bluecorss in-network only and it covers the massgae. I called them before I go and ask them if they are in-network provider they confirmed yes. But I didn’t found them from the Bluecorss website. So the first time I went there I double check with them and provide my insurance card. They confirmed they are no problem with my insurance and have cases that submit a claim for my company employee under the same insurance. ( I should verified with my insurance company, but I trusted them since they are so confirm on this… Which is a big mistake… )

Provided a 45 minute service when the appointment was for 60 minutes. Instead of doing a full body massage, they just did a upper back massage only. They did not bother communicating that they would not be doing legs at all. Additionally they force you to pay a $20 tip even if you are not saturated with the service.
