Nice atmosphere well maintained and a good location but the staff was not friendly, nor could understand what I was saying…the main part here it comes after showing a picture of what exactly I wanted to do they do the opposite n half way through the process they want to charge me 10 bucks more!!!!!! After charging me $55 for gel manicure.

ZERO STARS Worst experience ever!!!! I came in to get my nails and the way the attended me was very unprofessional. In the middle of my set the lady left to go attend someone else and a different lady came to finish off her . She ended up rushing me and leaving me with clumpy nails!!!!! The job was horrible. I told her that this is not worth $35.00 and she kept arguing with saying it is. I told her to redo my nails and she slammed the pay book in front of me. When she started redoing my nails she was very aggressive and started talking in her language with very upsetting facial expressions at me and because i previously worked off of tips, I know how it feels not get Tipped. I still managed to tip her but she aggressively snatched it out of my hand and did not say a word at all. I’ve had better sets for the same price but never have I ever received horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!!!!

Well first time visiting the lady did my pedicure was great. Second pedicure , let me start by saying the pedicure lady cut off a big portion of my nail and tried to say it was ingrown. After she cut a piece she tried hiding the other piece she couldn’t remove. After her hiding the other piece I asked for help since it was bothering me. Also the lady did help , but after going home my nail is bothering me two weeks later. I’m so sad and I’m pain. Please pay attention when getting a pedicure

Honestly if 0 stars were a thing, this establishment would deserve that. I remember going there for a haircut and the lady messes up big time.

Women work very neatly! Very nice to customers! They really focus on doing what you want done to your nails, you just have to tell them simply if something is done that you don’t like. Great service

Horrible French tip. I thought this style wouldn’t be complicated. I came in to get the designed changed the following day and they said that they had not done it. After showing banking receipts of this place they then tried to charge me after they said they would correct it over the phone. Horrible establishment I wouldn’t not get my nails done here ever again. There are many nail salons in the area chose a different one.

Terrible service, the women who did my mani/pedi bately acknowledged ny existence and spent the whole time discussing loudly and aggressively in another language. Not relaxing at all! They did a rush job and were trying to snatch my card out of my hand before they had helped me get my shoes back on. Never again!
