Positive: CommunicationI’m a bit confused by the negative reviews/experiences that came before mine. I received excellent treatment and care on June 19, 2020 from this location. I’ve been feeling burnt out from working and scheduled an appointment Thursday evening, after business hours. I received an e-mail response the same evening, and was able to schedule an appointment for 10 AM the next following morning.I showed up drained both physically and mentally and was worried I would not be able to properly communicate my concerns/status. Luckily, after mentioning the word “burn out” the staff knew exactly what I needed and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.About an hour or two post-treatment, I am starting to feel refreshed which is more than what I was expecting since I was told the treatment would truly start to kick in the following morning.I hope future customers have an experience similar to mine.
