Not only do we provide a full complement of medical spa services in house, but we are also mobile. We offer many mobile services directly to your home, business, spa, salon, event or area of your choosing! We want our clients to be comfortable, relaxed and enjoying their treatments. Medical Spa
Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport
These are the different brand names for neurotoxic proteins produced by bacterium Clostridium botulinum and related species. They work by preventing the release of neurotransmitter, acetylcholine from axon endings at the neuromuscular junction which then causes localized paralysis. This is used to reduce fine wrinkles and lines by paralyzing the underlying muscles. Thus, even though your brain can fire and send a signal to your body to move a particular muscle, Botox affectively blocks that firing and keeps the muscle from moving. The injected muscle can no longer contract with the local paralyzing agent. This causes the wrinkles to relax, soften and disappear as well as can prevent new ones from forming. Over time (usually by the third or fourth injection) the muscle atrophies and weakens requiring less Botox to maintain it. Botox then reduces the activity of muscles in the face that cause wrinkles. All of these three products last between 3 to 6 months in duration.
HCG Weight Loss
HCG is a hormone naturally produced by the placenta during pregnancy. For many years, HCG has been used in association with calorie restricting diets for weight loss. HCG does not make you lose weight – the diet makes you lose weight. HCG injections change how you lose weight!
IV Cocktails & Fusions
Intravenously administered normal saline bypasses the digestive system completely and allows for immediate results by going directly to the blood and thus does not give any nausea or vomiting. It is also the fastest way to deliver medications via the circulatory system. As the fluids go directly where they are required, it results in quick recovery. Patients will feel refreshed and rejuvenated within a matter of minutesAnother benefit of IV therapy is that it helps avoid negative side effects that would otherwise occur if the fluids were administered orally. High concentration of minerals and vitamins administered orally can wreak havoc on the body. IV therapy, however, bypasses the gastrointestinal system. This allows administration of a large amount of fluids without any complications. As a result, your body will get what it needs quickly and more effectively without any harm to the body.
Injectable Lip and Facial Fillers
These are used for volume loss filler, filling in wrinkles, nose correction, cheekbone lift, and lip enhancement and correction. This is different than Botox which only freezes muscles to stop creases and wrinkles caused by facial expressions. Whereas, dermal fillers use hyaluronic acid and similar substances to “fill in” or plump up areas that have lost volume and smoothness. Hyaluronic acid is a gel like substance found naturally in the body and used to “plump up” skin where volume needs added. Facial fillers fill the troubled areas with collagen which then helps to stimulate collagen growth in the face as well as plump and lift the skin to replace collagen loss. With dermal fillers you see results immediately unlike Botox which can be up to 10-14 days. However, allow 2 weeks for filler to fully settle before making any adjustments.
Microneedling
Microneedling procedure is a skin rejuvenation procedure that softens the appearance of skin texture, tightening and toning, absorption, some collagen and volume loss, acne, scarring, brightening uneven skin tone, stretch marks, pore size reduction, crow’s feet and dark under eye circles, hyperpigmentation, sun spots, rosacea (red areas), etc. while improving skin texture and absorption. Supervised Microneedling goes to a depth of 2mm into the skin tissue allowing for increased activation of collagen repair and fine line reduction. Microneedling uses tiny needles in a hand held device which creates tiny injuries to the skin and penetrates into the dermis which triggers your collagen response. The procedure takes about 40 minutes.
PRP Treatments
Plasma Rich Proteins- Your own whole blood is put into a centrifuge and spun down to separate PRP which is then injected into the deep layers of the dermis to encourage cell turnover and collage production. The procedure takes about 30 minutes-45 minutes. There is virtually no down time except for minor injection site redness and potential bruising depending on the site of injection. You will see a more youthful shape to the injected sites that is long lasting due to the body producing collagen around the areas of injection.
Phentermine for Weight Loss
Phentermine (Adipex-P, Lomaira) is an amphetamine-like prescription medication used to suppress appetite. It can help weight loss by decreasing your hunger or making you feel full longer. Phentermine is intended to be used as part of an overall weight-loss plan. Phentermine is a Schedule IV drug, a classification given to drugs that have a potential for abuse, although the actual potential appears to be low.
Sermoline for Weight Loss
Sermorelin acetate is a biological active analog of growth hormone releasing factor (GRF 1-44) which is a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) that is naturally produced by the human brain to stimulate production and secretion of human growth hormone (HGH) by the pituitary gland. Sermorelin is not a growth hormone; it is a growth hormone secretagogue, which means that it stimulates the pituitary gland by binding to specific receptors to increase the production and secretion of HGH. As a youth, ample amounts of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) are produced so that the pituitary gland is able to provide the body with sufficient growth hormone to sustain health, vitality and otherwise normal aspects of human form and function. While aging, GHRH declines causing reduced production and secretion of pituitary HGH and thereby increasing growth hormone insufficiencies that erode health, stamina and vitality during later life.
Testosterone Treatments
Testosterone is the primary male sex hormone and an anabolic steroid. In male humans, testosterone plays a key role in the development of male reproductive tissues such as testes and prostate, as well as promoting secondary sexual characteristics such as increased muscle and bone mass, and the growth of body hair. In addition, testosterone is involved in health and well-being, and the prevention of osteoporosis. Insufficient levels of testosterone in men may lead to abnormalities including frailty and bone loss.
Vampire Facial
The Vampire Facial® procedure, using a specific technique for micro-needling, followed by application of PRP all of which is minimally invasive. Microneedling is also known as collagen induction therapy. Starting by taking a small amount of your own blood and “spinning it down” to extract your own Plasma Rich Proteins to apply to the surface of the face after Microneedling. This process initiates a localized stem cell response and makes your own body’s cells to create new tissue and healthy skin. PRP, an extract of your own blood which contains 3 to 5 times more platelets, growth factors, and active proteins for tissue and injury healing.

I went to Lipology for lip fillers and my experience was fantastic. First off the office is gorgeous with beautiful artwork and wonderful snacks. My appointment was at 3pm I was in a chair and talking to Blake by 3:05ish! I am not a makeup, hair done, athletic beauty like literally everyone else I saw in the office (male and female presenting patients). That coupled with the fact that I just got full dentures, made for me feeling a bit self conscious and wondering how I would be treated. Blake made me feel so comfortable, he was professional and warm. He gave me straight forward education and realistic expectations. He never once made me feel out of place. The procedure was quick and near painless with the numbing cream and even though it’s only the day after I have MINIMAL bruising and swelling! I am so excited to see the finished look in a month or so! The price was also very reasonable compared to other places. 10/10 Thank you!

Requested information about BOTOX for masseter muscle due to extreme bruxism and clenching via Instagram and got a response same day and opted for an appointment a few days later. I have never had any facial injections or treatments (not even a facial). Dana shared with me she provideds and has experience providing such injections. I had a “consult” but not quite sure what exactly that would entail. It consisted of her describing for me the typical units of Botox (20-40 units per side) for this treatment and that it will help to relax masseter muscle. No side effects or considerations for caution were discussed. To my knowledge no pictures where taken. I was asked to clench my jaw so she could palpate the muscle on each side. She said one side was much strong than the other. My left side more affected and I agreed as that is where my pain and headaches are. She reassured me the she will be cautious to inject the minimum as this is my first treatment. She also discouraged me from an injections above such as temporalis as she stated that my pain symptoms can be referred from the masseter to the temporalis area so best to start with one muscle. She injected me no pain or issue after numbing the area topically and took my payment and that was it. 24 hours later I received a canned email about what to be cautious of such as extreme exercise, no alcohol, etc…Surprisingly, days later I was feeling relief in my jaw and text her to let her know how thankful I was to feel some relief. But then I started feeling tingling in my left side cheek and nasal fold area. I began to witness my left side of my face drop and develop a jawl look, major asymmetry. I reached out again and she explain that it can take up to two weeks to “equalize” and be patient and next time she could try a different injection technique because “everyone’s anatomy is different”. I looked (a week later) at my receipt because I was so upset and thought maybe the amount injected was too much. that was email and realized that rather than the lowest dose of 20 units of Botox in each masseter (40 total that was verbalized in the consult) I was charged for 60 units of xeomin. I texted Dana and she said that was correct she used xeomin becausit’s a cleaner form of botox that builds less resistance. That was very disappointing because as someone who never had anything like this I was assuming I was getting botox and 20 units of it. As well I explained to her in my consult that I was going to actively try to get pregnant and therefore only wanted to trial this trearment once while I was not actively trying to get pregnant. 60 units xeomin also happened to cost me more than 40 total units of BOTOX which they state as an injectable on the website. Regardless, I’m extremely disappointed and I teach exercise for a living smiling and talking and laughing with people everyday. The asymmetry side effect is embarrassing. I would not recommend their service for masseter injections for tmj, bruxism and clenching. Dana did say I could come in so she can inject more on my right side to even out the asymmetry. No thank you! before picture is me smiling in my car with makeup on. Month after photos morning no makeup.

I’ve waited close to 6 month to write this review because that’s when you’d expect to see final result. Had a radio frequency microneedling treatment with Jessica Hendrickson and she absolutely ruined my face. In all the ways you could damage someone face she managed to do it. She was very reckless in her use of the machine. Permanent fat loss everywhere, I’m left with a burning sensation to this day (that’s nerve damage), she left a scar in the middle of my face, and the texture is shot. I met with a plastic surgeon to get opinion on wether I’d recover from this and he said this is one of the worst damage cases he has seen. I was told she was their expert by one of the owners. The other owner insists I had a normal treatment and the scar is just “new” skin. Jessica admitted to me later that she had used the wrong needles and if she had realized before she wouldn’t of used the settings she did. She also told me she had scarred another girl 6 months prior to me. Brushed it off by saying it works out cause you get free treatments to fix her mistake. If you care about your face, which you probably do since you are seeking these places out, go somewhere else. Pay the extra money for a more qualified person. You only get one face and you don’t realize how traumatizing it is when someone destroys it. They did give me my money back but it doesn’t come close to the money it is going to take to fix the damage caused by this place.
