Had a great time here. Had my soft locs installed by Jessica. These people are wonderful! Personable, and experienced with all hair types. Very progressive shop, but even when an older gentleman was serviced, his barber Josh, took the time to ask him questions to better target the man’s objective ie are you used to getting your hair cut with clippers or scissors? He changed the music, to something slower tempo and softer. I felt he set the atmosphere for this man. The owner Moe, was pleasant and smiling. The barbershop doggo Mya was extremely well behaved and beautiful, this was a wonderful experience…oh and my hair turned out great. I think cuts will run you around 30+ and worth it. Did I mention my hair stylist is running for miss south Portland 2023? Kinda cool to learn. I’ll be back! Just thought I’d leave a review to help anyone like me(or not) that is struggling to find people that work with texured hair, or just wanting a pampered wonderful haircut or braiding services.

Went in the for the first time this past Sunday, and Josh took great care of me! Careful, very attentive + thorough, not to mention seemed to be a genuinely cheerful and upbeat individual. The kick-a** soundtrack of Reggae and a lil R’n’B was also very cool. Excited for the next time I need a cut to revisit, if you’re looking for a great haircut that people are Guaranteed to compliment, I’d encourage you to try Lion King Barbers!

Place sucks it’s unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment and walked here twice just to show up for them to say “nobody’s available im busy and leaving soon” which is ridiculous. and the Phone number and website doesnt even work. Its really annoying.If nobodys gonna do their job this place shouldnt exist.
