My friend tends to go to this salon very frequently and says that she likes it. I usually go with her and my nails always turn out somewhat poorly, but not bad enough we’re I stopped going with her. Unfortunately this time when we went, I recommended another place because I was never overly happy with my experience. I felt that there was another salon out there, but she wanted to go because it’s close to where she lives so I agreed. Let me just say it was an awful experience and this is the last time they will ever get my money. I came in and there was no one waiting and many nail techs seemed to be available, but I still had to wait for 30 minutes. Finally, when they were ready I was deciding between I color I had just seen that someone had put back, but the lady was rushing me to sit down, so I ended up getting a color of polish I don’t even like. Anyways, I say down and the lady filed my nails horribly and was very aggressive with my hands and my feet. She was pushing back my cuticles so hard, that I had to ask her to be more gentle. The polish was old and clumpy and my nails were very uneven and have black dots in them. She also filed them poorly. She would stop doing my nails to talk to the lady next to her for 5 minutes and seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. She was being rude to me and was rolling her eyes at me for no apparent reason and I was extremely polite. I am always unhappy every single time I have ever come here. If I could I would give this review 0 stars. Don’t waste your money nor your time!

They took my acrylics off with a metro card, and didn’t clip my cuticles at all when I needed a manicure. Also asked me to pay before my service was done, which they didn’t ask other customers to do. Manicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got my nails done by the manager, Lin. She was super sweet and professional. When I entered the salon, I was warmly welcomed and she showed me their colour selection. I got a gel manicure and it looks fantastic! I am beyond pleased with the salon, the staff, and the service. Will be coming back !

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHORRIBLE!!!! I believe they were hurting me on purpose. When i walked in it seemed like they didnt want to help me. Not to mention the fill in i paid 75$ for is horrible! They cut my cuticles down to barley nothing and were so rough with me. Now im leaving with bleeding red cuticles with the worst acrylics of my life. If i ask them to fix it they recharge me. So either way its a waste of time and money. Theyre really rude too. I wish I could give this places 0 stars. Not even sure how their rating is 3.5. Bad service and manicure job for the price. My mom always goes here and she told me it’s not her favorite place but one of the techs named tony does her nails good, so I decided to try it out. Went inside place was empty. One of the ladies asked me to sit in the back and I told her if tony was there she looked back to where they were all seating and the only guy there responded , I guess that was tony And I’m assuming he told her in Chinese to give me someone else and they all ignored my request for him to do my nails. I get some lady named jin which looked like she was new. She proceeds to do my nails and I’m basically telling her what to do. According to the certificate she’s been certified since 10/2017… ok so I got the French gel manicure . Im not sure what I paid $27 for because she wasn’t even planning on cleaning my cuticles which clearly needed to be cleaned, she filed my nails and rushed to put on the gel nail polish. I told her if she can clean my cuticle. Then goes and rush to put on the nail polish. To conclude because even writting this review is getting me upset thinking of how horrible my experience was. The French part came out all crooked and she didn’t even clean underneath my nails, so they are basically dirty underneath at the moment. She also put made me put my nail in the UV light 20 times after each time she did one nail. I honestly hope I didn’t pay those 27$ to get cancer. She didn’t even give me a massage afterwards. She basically just rushed me the whole time and May I remind you I was the only person in there. When it was time to pay I asked if they don’t clean the nail during a manicure and the owner acted dumb like she didn’t understand what I was saying. After I payed I think she even cursed me out in Chinese, I found them absolutely rude, rushed and my nails were better before they did them. A manicure is something you do to pamper yourself and relax, I thought I was going to get a heart attack, I know I could have left but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and had hope that even though the service was bad my nails would have been looking somewhat nice.

This place is completely unprofessional. As a first time customer I will never come back after the poor quality of their work. Once I inquired about why she half performed my pedicure she joked about my question in her native to another worker. She didn’t realize I understood her. When I confronted her about her lack of professionalism she quickly became nervous. When I asked for a manager miraculously there wasn’t one. Yeah right! Not to mention during my pedicure she cut me twice and laughed.

Love this place. Despite parking out front (more parking in back), I love that they offer fair pricing and a hot stone with a regular pedicure. Their staff is friendly and polite. Its very clean and with so many technicians, I never wait.
