This place is excellent! I called them very last minute, asking if they would squeeze in a large party. They were not only able to squeeze us in, but they also accommodated several small changes that occurred between the initial booking and the appointment. Throughout several phone calls, and all appointments, everyone I spoke to was kind, professional, and exceptionally helpful! Plus my friends and I agreed the results were some of the best manicures/pedicures we had ever had! Very reasonably priced for the services! Every staff member took their time to make sure our nails looked beautiful! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately I had a quite bad experience at Lin’s Nails yesterday. An inexperienced male nail technician spent an hour putting 4 coats of gel on my nails, only to have it be very lumpy and patchy coverage. He then wordlessly gave up and walked away. The owner (I believe) came over, but she did not apologize, she just said we needed to remove everything and start over because my UV gel base had not been properly smoothed by the male technician. I was worried about the time that would take as I had already been there for 2+ hours, but she said it would only take 30 mins to fix. Even rushed, the fix ended up taking a little over an hour. At the end she even tried to pass me on to another male technician to finish the job, but I requested that she stay and finish it as it had already been such a long and frustrating experience. After everything, she still did not apologize for the experience and no discount whatsoever was offered. They just asked me to “please tip in cash”. I was very disappointed by the poor service. After everything, my UV base was also sanded down so much and not refilled that my nails are already chipped and breaking within only 24hrs. I have been to this salon several times, I even had my nails done for my wedding here, but now I probably won’t ever go back…be careful about the technician you get!

Not our usual salon but we were in a pinch before vacation. We each had a dip mani + regular pedi. Pedi’s only lasted for 3 days + dip mani’s began to lift near cuticles w/in same time frame. Not acceptable when you pay almost $100 per person. Really wanted to support local merchants but won’t be returning or recommending to anyone. Dip powder, Pedicure

My dip manicure took 1:40! Taking the top coat off with his drill was half an hour. Wrong drill bit! Came out nice though.

Called over to see if they had availability on a Saturday afternoon, and they were able to get me right in. I’m not from the area, I was visiting family so it was difficult to pick somewhere for nails. I’m glad I decided on here. They took their time making sure everything was perfect. Fantastic work and attention to every detail. I am used to seeing prices a little lower (it was 60$ for an acrylic fill) but I think that is just due to the area. It’s a bit of a ritzy town which probably reflects the price. Either way, I’m happy to pay for good work and Lin’s certainly delivered, would highly recommend!

Amazing staff! Another local salon butchered my nails and I left in tears, I called lins and they stayed open an hour past shop times to fix my nails for me! They were extremely sweet and gentle! They painted my 5 yr old daughters nails and were extremely sweet to her as well! They will forever have a customer in me and probably both my daughters. Finally a place that is clean, sweet, caring and actually enjoys their customers!
