This shop is not the one to try out even it is convenient. My pedicure was good, but the lady who did my full set does not need to be doing nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted & was going to vocalize a couple of differences once we reached that point, but she completely disregarded the design. She did not take the time to pay attention & tried to blame it on me when I brought up the design. I don’t understand why anyone would show a picture of a design wanting something similar & the nail tech interpret that is only wanting the main color in the picture. Not only that, her quality of work is not good! The pics is how my nails looked when I left. The nails were filed unevenly and the simple design still wasn’t properly done after the lady had to partially start over. Let’s not talk about how the manager tried to overcharge me & couldn’t even explain the price. I broke down the nail services – including the extras that they specified to me ($5 for coffin, $10 for design) – and it added up to $60 but somehow the manager was trying to say $70. Then she thought she was doing me a favor by taking $5 off to make it $60, which still didn’t logically explain how she tried to say $70 if that would’ve really originally been $65. Granted, I wanted a v-line (finer tip) rather than the French tip in the pic; however, it shouldn’t be $5 extra to have a thinner line meaning LESS PRODUCT being used. It made no sense at all. I guess I will just have to deal with this for my vacation, but never again.

I’ll start by saying that the atmosphere is really nice and the decor is very pretty. I found this place on Google as I live out of town and wanted to treat myself. I asked for a manicure and dip powder. They removed my old gel polish and did the dip for $43 dollars (No acrylics). There was no actual manicure done. I also had a deluxe pedicure done (I get them every 2 weeks at another place). If you have sensitive feet, this is not the place for you. I do not have sensitive feet and the person working on my nails made me bleed…twice. When it came time to pay and I asked about the lack of manicure, there was no understanding. My nails are cute (which is why I gave them 2 stars), but the process was far from relaxing.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismWhen I walked in on yesterday August 25,2021 Every Employee had on their masks which is safe and I loved it….. i enjoyed myself this was my 1st time there nice place. Helen talked to me over the phone and when I got there, I walked through the door she recognized my voice and right away she sat me down for the services as I explain what I want it.. Hanna did my pedicure and i enjoyed it to the fullest she was putting me to sleep with her “MAGIC HANDS”…. it was quiet when I was there and relaxing music was playing a nice clean atmosphere and I had a glass of wine while getting my pedi and the massage chair was doing it’s thing…. I will be back again and I will bring my girlz…….Wear your masks and stay safe everyone!!! While my pedicure really went well, the lady that did my pedicure was so nice and you see her taking her sweet time making sure all are clean and ready to put the polish. A different lady did my manicure and i’m really disappointed with the outcome of it. I haven’t done manicure in a while and was excited to have pretty nails again. The edges weren’t polished, cuticle wasn’t pushed back and there were a lot of bubbles. Gel is not evenly coated, I honestly waisted my money.

Terrible service. From the picture you can see that my nails are uneven. What was suppose to be a simple and quick polish change turned into a big mess. This was the first nail salon I visited after relocating to Houston and I will never go back again .

Just got my nails from here and was charged 80$ I was ok with the nails cause I thought the most 70 plus 5 for tip cause I’m not a mean person but 80 for these is horrible. It was done fast and not even straight never coming again by far the ugliest nails I have ever had DO NOT COME HERE

Came here and was THE only customer. I needed both a mani & pedi, so they had 2 technicians start on me at once – which made sense. About 10 minutes into my services, another woman, whoms skin color was lighter than mine, came in and also needed a mani and pedi, and stated that she was in a rush.

Horrible attitude, horrible service and horrible technique!! BEWARE!! Came in to do a simple removal and they made me bleed 3 times and ruined my nails. I specifically ask the lady to soak it off with acetone, instead she just forced it off w a clipper disregarding what I told her bc she said that takes too long!! Also left with unfiled, unpolished and torn nails. I would give it a zero star if I could.

Finally !!! here’s a salon that’s up to par, newly remodeled centrally located and some of the best nail techs I’ve seen in a long time. First-time client and this won’t be my last time. Lisa is very meticulous she took her time she was not rushed. I didn’t feel pressured to be in a salon pressured because the next guest was waiting my nails are perfect cuticles aren’t all jacked up polish job is smooth. By the way this is Shellac.
