Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been to this salon only 2 times. The first time I was very happy. I came back for a fill and they started falling out right away. Within 5 days I have big gaps and wholes in my lashes. I paid over $75.00 for a fill that only lasted a few days.The owner only Guarantees her work for 3 days. I notified her at 5 days. That’s when I was told of her 3 day policy. She was closed three out of the five days since my lashes had been done but, still wouldn’t warranty or fix her work. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve seen Linh around twice a month for the last while – and the only other lash specialist has helped me once or twice, as well. I’ve never left unhappy with the way my lashes look or the service — they do a great job. Seriously. I’ve seen Linh around twice a month for the last while – and the only other lash specialist has helped me once or twice, as well. I’ve never left unhappy with the way my lashes look or the service — they do a great job. Seriously. I al so feel that my natural lashes are doing better under their consistent care rather than the sporadic care you get at a larger lash bar

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in for a fill and ended up getting a $200 full set of mega volume eyelashes. They were going in every direction and the very next day i was in PAIN. I had to pull SO MANY of them out and saw each fan was literally attached to 2-3 of my natural eyelashes. The glue was insanely thick on these and my eyes are constantly hurting. I have made an appointment to get them taken out today. I’ve never had to pay over $130 for a full set and have never had a more painful set of eyelashes. Not even all my eyelashes had fans on them. none of my outer corner lashes had extensions. I have so many pictures of each fan being attached to multiple of my own eyelashes.
