Awesome barbershop. Great customer service. It’s all by appointment, but it’s worth it. Really no waiting, but a few minutes. Barber Cookie, cuts hair ,fades, razors. Price is $20, but worth the $25 every time. Just make the appointment and see. Keep up the great job Cookie.

I went to get my child hair cut, this time the lady seemed not too excited to see my son. he six but has autism. Has a sensitivity issue but will be okay with getting his haircut, she should know, we have been coming to her since he was 2. My son was getting the line on for comb over but my son was saying it was hurting him. The lady seemed frustrated and says under her breathe, “it doesnt even hurt” and that got me upset. As my son looks up at me he has a red line on his forehead from the machine and i says, “whats this”, i dont know how her day was going but her eyes start to water and starts to say i didnt cut him it doesnt cut him. I was confused because she over blew her reaction. If anything im the one who should be mad because of the red line from the machine. She says, “no no im not getting in trouble for this”. She takes the cover off him and is staying im not doing his haircut. I was shocked because she was borderline crying and i was confused to why she is crying. The husband was no help, he just kept saying sorry. I will never take my kids there again. Terrible service.

Very good service, friendly staff, really good rates. My husband got a cut for only $15 and happy with his cut. We were able to walk in and get a slot after some waiting time. We would sure go again.

Poor customer service I arrived at the location at 6:25/6:30 there was two customers getting their hair cut. I waited roughly 25 minutes before an second customer walked in, 10 minutes pass and older lady barber finishes. Instead of attending me who had been waiting for a 30mins she takes the customer who had just arrived. She also did not sterilize her work station or clippers before beginning on the next client. Very unsanitary and unsafe considering the current situation.
