From the moment I walked in I was kindly greeted by Amanda. I informed her I was a bit nervous as this was my first time getting botox. She informed me it is going to be fine and I was going to love the results as I do! Dr. Carol is amazing she goes through everything you need to know and makes you feel comfortable. She informed me what she would recommend me getting done and wasn’t pushy and let me make my own decision of what I wanted. I liked that Amanda followed up with me to see how I was doing a few days later. I am excited to go back for my follow up to see before and after and to get more treatments. What an amazing experience this was and great customer service. I would highly recommend Line Eraser MD.

From scheduling to followup, I cannot speak highly enough about my five star experience with Dr. Carol, Amanda and the entire LineEraser MD team. I was hesitant to try botox or xeomin, but I revisited this as I want to be proactive as I age. My experience was excellent. I had an initial consultation and felt very comfortable with Dr. Carol. The office was incredibly clean and professional. She explained all treatment options and was very thorough in reviewing my medical history because of some concerns of medications mixing with treatments. Dr. Carol is personable and knowledgeable. She put all of my concerns at ease. Xeomin was the right choice for me.
